A talented ‘real people’ casting team must play many roles - detective, strategist, researcher, social butterfly and in-field producer. Often we are asked to find a needle in a haystack, and we thrive on this sort of challenge. Every job is unique and we tailor our methods to best accomplish it! We only employ team members that are familiar with this unique style of casting and who are able to build trust and rapport with our ‘real people’ - a crucial part of the process!

Development
We often work with networks and productions companies to help them find talent for their sizzles, pilots and pitch concepts. We are also asked to present our own ideas or concepts in a particular genre based on talent we may know that fit such programming. You might have an idea for a show but aren't sure if the talent you imagine even exists. So you want to profile a police detective who speaks to ghosts? We found him! (We actually did...)

FIELD INTERVIEWS
Get the sound bytes you need for your shoot! We interview your subjects in the field - whether it is for a real people commercial shoot, documentary or reality show. Since we are experts at building a rapport with real people, they often feel comfortable opening up to us and sharing what's on their mind.

TALENT COORDINATION and Talent Management
When you shoot with a lot of talent things can get chaotic quickly. We prep prior to the shoot to coordinate talent schedules, liaise with their agents, and make sure they sign all crucial releases and contracts. On set, we negotiate with talent and agents when changes arise, help wrangle the talent, and help the ADs keep the talent occupied and happy.
CASTING CONSULTING
Not sure how to approach the casting process for a particular project or need materials to take to your client? We offer advice, a casting plan, budget proposals, talent decks, and can even suggest talent we think might be perfect for your project. If you are a casting director in another state and need help running sessions in Los Angeles, we can also help.
